About Us
Our business was and is built on referrals and to be this successful after this many years says something about our Service Level

Our business was and is built on referrals and to be this successful after this many years says something about our Service Level.  We value each client and their IT systems as they were our own.  Our staff have known each other and worked with each other for over 15 years and we all possess the same values.  IT services are a vital part of any business and the ongoing support that we can provide your organization is shown within the first few months.  DCM was built on resolving problems not creating them.  Please read a bit more about our owner so that you may become comfortable with the people that are here to help you and your business.

Adam Kleyweg

Principal

Certified Project Management Professional from PMI

A graduate from University of Illinois Chicago, Adam had been along side Leslie and DCM since its inception 2002.  Adam has worked with DCM for over 8 years and spent 12 years in the IT Industry. He is constantly developing his skills in the ever changing landscape of the technology world.   Having started out in the IT field as a Level II Hardware Technician with Nalco Chemical Adam instantly learned the best ways to adhere to Service Level Agreements.  After only a year as a Level II Technician he was promptly put in charge of special projects as a Team Lead.

Having spent 3 years directly in the field as a Technician and Team Lead he joined with DCM full time managing existing clients.   Clients such as NAI Hiffman, AAMS, Adventist Health Partners have utilized DCM and Adam Kleyweg directly to manage IT specific projects from structured cabling to EMR rollouts.  He has become a part of the business community by joining the Willowbrook/ Burr Ridge Chamber of Commerce.  After just a few years of membership Adam was asked to join the Board of Directors to become the youngest member in the boards history.  He has served 5 years as a board member and is constantly involved in the community through the chamber of commerce.  Adam is also a volunteer Wrestling Coach for Chaparral High School.  He recently was the recipient of the Assistant Coach of the Year 2008 by the I.W.C.O.A.
