Leslie Kleyweg

A graduate from Concordia University, Leslie is the founder and CEO of DCM which started in 2002. Leslie has a Human Resources and IT consulting background. Leslie began her career in the corporate world as a HR Assistant and promoted to HR Administrator with a large IT firm. From her experience of working with Oracle and implementing HR modules, Leslie left HR and pursued a career in IT. She worked with a large IT firm for several years where she was a Level II Oracle Consultant/ specializing in HR. From her experience with the end users in the corporate world and IT consulting, she decided to start DCM as a way to gain market share in the IT Support and Staffing industry.

With the intention of bringing a better communicated computer support company to the industry, DCM grew at an accelerated rate in the first 3 years of business. DCM is a business built strictly on customer referrals. Satisfaction with the service and customer support has been the driving force for our business. Not until 2005 has DCM decided to advertise and implement a sales plan in order to gain more market share.
